She partners with executives to untangle systemic barriers, align leadership and operations, and build lasting cultures of accountability and customer service.

As Founder and Principal of Lisa Morgan Solutions, Lisa brings more than two decades of experience leading transformation in high-stakes environments where service is essential, visibility is low, and misalignment holds teams back. Her expertise spans 311 systems, internal service redesigns (HR, IT, finance), contact centers, multi-agency coordination, and enterprise-wide quality assurance. She is especially skilled at translating strategy into implementation—turning enterprise-wide initiatives into real, measurable improvements with an eye toward simplicity, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness.

Lisa has led transformation initiatives for global firms such as Microsoft, GSK, Uber, U.S. Bank, and Johnson & Johnson, as well as mission-driven governments including the District of Columbia, Prince George’s County (MD), and federal agencies like the Department of Homeland Security. Across all sectors, her strength lies in activating leadership, aligning policy and process, and embedding performance systems that drive results.

Before founding her firm, Lisa was a management consultant with KPMG, where she gained deep experience in performance analysis, organizational problem-solving, and strategic planning across a wide variety of industries. This early exposure to diverse clients and complex systems laid the foundation for her systems-oriented approach and her ability to work effectively across sectors and organizational levels.

She later served as a senior executive leading enterprise change from the inside—experience that grounds her consulting work in empathy, pragmatism, and credibility. Lisa is known for building trust across functions and levels, from frontline staff to C-suite leaders, and for guiding organizations through high-stakes transformation with clarity and confidence.
